Delete Your Travel Go Account

Permanently remove your account and personal data from Travel Go. Three ways to do it - in the app, on this website, or by email.

What happens to your data

Deleted immediately - kept only for legal reasons

When you delete your account, we wipe your personal data right away. The only records that stay are transaction documents the UAE Federal Tax Authority requires us to keep for seven years - and we strip personally identifiable information from those.

  • Saved passenger profiles (travellers, dates of birth, passport details)
  • Login credentials and password
  • Authentication tokens and active sessions
  • Marketing preferences and consents

Retained (PII scrubbed)

  • Completed booking records (flights, hotels, excursions)
  • Payment receipts and invoices
  • Tax and accounting records
Why we keep these: UAE Federal Tax Authority rules require us to keep transaction records for seven (7) years for VAT and accounting purposes. Personally identifiable information attached to these records is scrubbed at deletion time.

Common questions

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Deletion is permanent. You can register a new account at any time using the same email or phone number.

Will my upcoming bookings be cancelled?

No. Upcoming bookings remain valid and you can still travel on them. We will continue to contact you using the contact details on each booking until travel is complete. After that, personally identifiable information on those records is scrubbed.

What if I cannot log in?

Email [email protected] from your registered address. Include your full name and registered phone number. We process email deletion requests within 30 days.

Do you share my data with anyone after deletion?

No. All marketing tools and third-party integrations are revoked when your account is deleted. The only remaining records are those legally required to keep.
