1. Accepted Payments

2. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary based on the specific service booked (Hotels, Excursions, or Flights). Please refer to the specific terms provided during the booking process.

• Hotels & Apartments: Cancellation policies are dictated by the property and will be displayed at the time of booking.
• Excursions & Tours: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour date are generally fully refundable, unless otherwise stated.
• Flights: Flight tickets are subject to airline fare rules and may be non-refundable or subject to penalties.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used for the transaction.

• Refund processing may take 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
• Administration fees or service charges effectively incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. No Show Policy

If you fail to turn up for a tour or hotel check-in without prior cancellation ('No Show'), no refunds will be provided.

6. Dispute Management

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
